Do I need technical knowledge to use Larmeva?

No. Signing up takes less than 5 minutes. You only need the iCal link from Airbnb or Booking, which you'll find in your booking calendar. We take care of the rest.

Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. Larmeva syncs with any platform that generates an iCal link: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and many more. Bookings update automatically every 15 minutes.

What happens if the AI doesn't know how to answer something?

We notify you instantly on WhatsApp. You reply directly and the message is automatically translated into the guest's language. You can also save that answer so the AI learns it and replies on its own next time.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, no minimum term and no penalty. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time — no annual contracts or fine print. We let you know 4 days before your trial or subscription ends, and if you decide not to continue the service pauses: we keep your apartment settings in case you come back, and your guests' data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.

What languages does the AI reply in?

The AI automatically detects the guest's language and replies in that language. It works with over 100 languages including Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic and many more.

Is it safe to connect my Airbnb?

We only use the public iCal link from your calendar. The iCal calendar gives no access to your account or your payment details. It's the standard sync system used across the industry.
